Terrible company the parcel is 12 days in Kazakhstan, it is still missing and it is unknown when it will be, my advice is not to use this mail and I did not want to just send the subject through them for some reason I do not understand why to take on transportation if you can not deliver even one star a lot of zero here is your rating

The delivery time is normal, as with other companies. The main thing is that the company is not responsible for the quality of the services provided. Namely, for the parcels in what form they come to the client. In my case, I ordered a plastic storage box, it came completely broken. The manager of the company explains this by the poor-quality packaging of the goods by the seller. The photo shows that a dump truck was driven through the parcel, and any packaging did not help her.
