Not a bad hotel, but the stated Jacuzzis do not work in the suites! Rooms are cleaned on request, but sometimes they forget about these requests...

The hotel is very dirty, a lot of things are broken. It's not at all what's in the booking photo. There is no pool (there was one in the photo), there is also no beautiful terrace. The staff is friendly and courteous.

I came with my mother from Samara for 3 nights, I really like everything) shops are nearby, it is convenient to shop. We're leaving tomorrow. if we come again, we will come to you again!
