Words cannot describe it, I waited almost two weeks for delivery from Atyrau to Almaty, departure number 035973332479, and the parcel arrived in a battered condition! 1,300,000 tenge is just wasted! Dear sirs, never work with this transportation company! You will save a lot of time, save your nerves and the goods!

I am writing as a client who has been working with JL for the past 3 years. We are ceasing to work for your company! Previously, there were questions about the delivery time, the issue, the cost of delivery to the door, there was damage, which we managed to solve ourselves with the customer. Today, a case occurred that became a "boiling point" for the decision to terminate work with this company. Having a positive account balance for several deliveries, we received confirmation from the coordinator that the payment would be posted and the shipment would be delivered. The customer came from another city to pick up the cargo, ordered a car – they don't give out the cargo! There is no way to solve the issue at all, the "robot operators" answer - it is not possible. As a result, after lengthy negotiations on our part and on the part of the customer, the cargo was not delivered. Any requests to contact the management, to deliver automatic payments with an overpayment, to speed up delivery are completely ignored. Absolute lack of loyalty and customer orientation. Dear employees, JL – Redline LLP is NO longer your client. We vote with "money" against it! To anyone who decides to use the services of this company on a long-term basis, be prepared for delivery delays, long payment delays and delayed delivery of cargo, and the cost of time and nerves on these issues. The JL manager wrote when the ordered cargo is delivered, they answered me when you pay, then they will deliver it to the address, and where to pay how to pay, what should I guess? They do not issue an invoice, my cargo was transferred and the shipper chose the carrier from whom I ordered the goods, I do not even have a clue where to pay and the cargo weighs. A manager like guess and find us and pay us there, I don't know where, it's too easy. Through Toybazarova, she would have received the maximum in 2 days, but here the goods have been weighing for more than 10 days.
