The hotel is old, dirty, and the bed linen and towel are stained. The room service is terrible. The food is not delicious, and not beautiful. The hotel does not pull for 4*, maybe with difficulty for 2*( I do not recommend it! Special thanks to the Grand express tour operator. Who just needed to sell... their vacation was ruined.

We were at the hotel from 16.09 to26.09. We liked the hotel, it was a little "tired".but the hotel rooms are very good. We cleaned every day, changed towels, laid out shampoo, gel, soap. The food is not abundant, but it is quite varied and delicious. Very nice beach: fine sand, gentle transparent sea. Walk to it for 3 minutes. There are enough sun beds for everyone. The hotel staff is helpful and kind. True, they do not know the Russian language, but no one has canceled the sign language. But Maria works at the reception, who is excellent at Russian. Thanks to her, we were helped. My husband had a problem with his teeth. The prosthesis broke. It was a disaster. The man couldn't eat. At least leave. We turned to Maria. She helped us a lot. She brought a business card to the local dentist, called a taxi, explained how to get there. The problem was solved very quickly. Thank her very much. In general, the rest was a success.I want to go back there again.

Everything is very good in the description, but.... The hotel has been in need of a global renovation for a long time! 4* clearly not about him🤷 The food is hearty, but extremely monotonous. Cleaning of the territory, the beach and the rooms leaves much to be desired. The staff is waiting for tips, but at the same time they don't even try to do something. The sea is clean, the sand on the beach is white, the sun is hot and bright - well, you can only spoil it by trying hard🤣🤷 If you also clean the beach regularly, it will be just wonderful!!
