There are many swimming pools, recreation areas, restaurants on the territory, animators do not let you get bored from morning until late at night! We lived in a bungalow, everything was clean, working properly, in general, a solid four! We recommend it!

Disgustingly dirty. The service is disgusting. There is no cleaning. The food is disgusting. Russians don't put up in nice two-room bungalows. There are such things: they are both at the pools and at the water park. We came with a package tour with friends. They asked us to settle our families at least nearby. No. On the contrary, they made it further away, they did not change it. In the pool, the water is dirty, children accidentally swallow and then suffer from a disorder. Even the adults talked too much after the water park. The rescuers are really vigilant about pleasant little things. Strictly. And they react instantly. And the employees at the bar are still trying. We will not return to this hotel. The impressions are still very bad. The coastline is very narrow. Deck chairs in three rows are densely packed. There is a small booth on the shore with simple drinks. There is no shower on the beach to rinse from the sea. Only a small one for the feet, to wash off the sand. There are toilets throughout the amphitheater (without water at all times) and in the reception hall. That's it! Into a vast territory! That is, from any point of rest or either to the amphitheater or to the room or to the reception. And by the way, for those who want to go with the kids. There are no ramps properly . It's a huge disadvantage to go up to the restaurant with a wheelchair (3 times a day!!!) by an inconvenient high staircase!!! The hotel's Wi-Fi is only at the water area next to the reception. The rooms do not catch at all!!! The TV remote control is secured!!! The refrigerator and the safe in the room pay for the rent. By the way, the safe is not bolted down One day we went to Carthage for the whole day. Allegedly, there was cleaning. But dirty. I just took out the trash. But I left the door open!!!! We were very impressed with it. Extremely unpleasant.

I do not recommend this hotel. I have been vacationing in Tunisia for 15 years every summer. I know what to compare it with. In June 2026, I bought a tour to Thalassa. I've never seen a worse hotel. I had to ask Express Travel to move me to another hotel. The room stock is creepy, gloomy and dirty. What the hotel calls the word "Bungalow" is just darkness. The hotel staff themselves, escorting to the bungalow, get lost in the zigzag paths to the rooms. The bungalows require major repairs, everything is shabby inside and on the premises. Everything inside the bungalow is very dirty, windows, floor, dust, bed linen, curtains are terribly dirty, walls and ceilings are crumbling. We arrived at the hotel at 5 a.m., there was not a single clean room for us, although the hotel was not fully occupied. They asked me to wait for the morning cleaning. After cleaning , everything was very dirty anyway , the beds were made somehow , all the sheets were dirty , wrinkled , careless . At the reception, people with children were sleeping on all the sofas. A huge disadvantage is that there is a high staircase without a ramp. It's difficult even for a man to carry a 20-kg suitcase in his hands. Vacationers with children will be very uncomfortable with a stroller. When I came to the beach, I was crying. I feel sorry for those people who came to Tunisia for the first time and only once, will never know about the beautiful, clean and wide beaches in Sousse. In Thalassa, an artificially created beach with yellow sand brought from the construction site, poured on concrete slabs. The beach is fenced off by a stone spit, which does not even allow you to walk along the coast. The food and service in the restaurant are not 4 stars. There are many infections in the pools, both skin and intestinal. I do not recommend Thalassa. Choose other hotels.
