We stayed here with the children's hockey team and were very satisfied! 🏒 The rooms are spacious and cozy, with daily cleaning and a change of bath accessories. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is very warm, which is especially important when you come with children. The staff is attentive and always helpful, helps with all matters. Separately, I would like to note that breakfast is an ideal option for athletes: satisfying, healthy and no frills. For the first time in Karaganda, I am biased, I am more depressed by the water and the smell of it after cleaning in the hotel, but what if other hotels have exactly the same water? And the staff is wonderful, the neighbors, the hall, the courtyard, the veranda, everything is very nicely done and the room service is very delicate, cleaning, replacement of consumables. Peace of mind at night, the air conditioner works if needed. I like it here in general.

I liked the hotel, it was clean, fresh, the receptionist was cool. We were in a renovated room, 2-bed standard with a balcony. Definitely, if we arrive in Karaganda overnight, we will stay at this hotel. Quiet and cozy
