I turned to the J Studio workshop on Rafiev Street with a request to clean my grandmother's antique amber earrings. I liked the individual approach. The girl at the reception listened attentively to the request, examined and weighed the earrings, clarified the details, offered to clean the gold and align the shape. After 3-4 hours, everything was ready, as I asked for it to be done on the same day. Plus, we managed to put the amber in order, which looked dim and it was not entirely clear what it had been cleaned with before and whether it would be possible to "revive" it. As a result, the earrings gained a new life. I am very pleased with the result, quickly, efficiently, and, as it seemed to me, inexpensively, but I did not compare prices with other workshops. I wouldn't clean it like that at home, of course. I'm not sure if I understood and remember correctly, but gold is cleaned with ultrasound, so I no longer expect to clean rings and earrings at home on my own)))

Terrible service and attitude towards customers, they arrived a whole hour before closing, asked to reduce the ring by half the size, to which they received the answer that they arrived late. On the website, this company writes that the reduction work takes a maximum of 10-15 minutes, in response to which the master said: "SIT down, do it yourself"!!! Please pay attention to the "politeness" and competence of this employee on Rafieva St., why a person communicates with people he doesn't know, why he offers to do the work for him.

I've contacted you many times, so I decided to leave a review. For the first time I applied for the manufacture of silver earrings with fionites. I had a photo of earrings that I liked, I wanted exactly the same as in the picture. The master first made a 3D layout, I looked at it, coordinated it, the earrings came out exactly as in the picture. The second time I turned to the rings - one had to be reduced by 1 size, and the second, on the contrary, rolled out. Everything is fine too. Then I took the earrings for children to cover with a special alloy (they were bought in Russia in a store, with all the "samples", but the ears festered). Covered, worn, everything is fine. I like both the attitude and the quality of the work. I turn to them and I know that everything will be done perfectly. Therefore, I thank the masters and the administrator.
