We stayed at Jumeirah Al Naseem from April 3 to April 11. The hotel is absolutely top-notch. We arrived early in the morning and were checked in almost immediately. The staff constantly ensures the guests’ comfort and goes out of their way to surprise with gifts and compliments. The restaurants are excellent, the grounds are beautiful, and the beach is a perfect 100 out of 100. The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely warm in their attitude toward guests. At the Adults Only pool, the staff member Ismail greets every guest like family. Always with a smile, always with kind words—he knows each guest by name. It’s obvious that he truly loves his work and does everything he can to make sure this place leaves the best impression possible. His customer-focused approach creates a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. We wish there were more employees like him—people who are this passionate about their profession are rare. We will definitely return. From now on, if it’s the UAE, it’s only Jumeirah Al Naseem for us.

Al Naseem is an amazing place where you want to come back again and again. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy: stylish interior, pleasant light and a feeling of complete relaxation. The staff is attentive, friendly and very professional — always there, but without being intrusive. The food is beyond expectations. The dishes are beautifully served, the portions are generous, everything is fresh and perfectly cooked. I especially liked the appetizers and desserts — it is clear that the chef pays attention to every detail. Separately, it is worth noting the view and the general atmosphere — an ideal place to spend an evening, whether it's a romantic dinner, meeting with friends or a family vacation. I definitely recommend Al Naseem to those who want high-quality service, delicious food and real comfort. Great experience!

We always arrive on a night flight and always check in early at 7 a.m. at no extra charge and a compliment from the hotel is breakfast. Fruits are changed or reported every day so that there is a full basket. Glass bottled water in the rooms. We immediately ask for adapters, additional hangers and a dryer for things. Bed linen and towels are changed every day, compliments are on the bedside tables in the evening, the room is being prepared for bed. The Internet is fast now and you can even attend meetings without delay in transmitting information. If you don't want to stay in the room, there is a special room where there are computers, printers and everything you need for work. The deposit for the room is from 500 to 1000 dirhams, as agreed. The exchange rate at the hotel is not very good, but it will do for a couple hundred. Of course, I recommend this hotel for its high service, cleanliness, order, and the opportunity to relax..

In the sea - even in the sea there are rescuers swimming. It's the first time I've seen this)) and you can also use the territory of other hotels that belong to the Madinat chain. In general, according to all indicators, the hotel is 10 out of 10. We will definitely come back here more than once.

My favorite hotel in Dubai. I have been there countless times and it seems that the neighboring al Qasr or Dar al Masyaf should be the same, but still al Nasim has its own unique atmosphere. In September 2024, we chose this hotel again for a vacation, and it met all our expectations. This place conquers at first glance — there is a lot of greenery around, a luxurious well-groomed beach, and in general an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort is created. The work of the staff left a special impression. Each employee is polite and welcoming, always ready to help. From the very moment of arrival, you feel that you are really expected here: at the entrance to the hotel, the doors are opened, your luggage is carefully picked up and escorted to your room. This high level of service is maintained until the very end of the holiday. Upon leaving the hotel, the staff also carefully packed our belongings in a taxi, opened the doors and wished us a safe journey, which left a very pleasant impression. The only unpleasant moment is that at dinner you have to pay for water and drinks separately. I think this is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. It is logical to assume that if a guest drinks more water at dinner, he will most likely eat less food, but here they adhere to a different position. I would like the hotel to reconsider its policy on this issue, because such trifles can negatively affect the overall impression of your stay. Otherwise, the stay at the hotel was excellent, and thanks to the atmosphere and service, we left again with wonderful memories and a desire to return here again.

The whole complex consists of several hotels from which you can move to others by buggy or on foot. You can also take a ride and see the turtles. The food is the same year after year (it was on May holidays for three years in a row), mashed avocado and meat - everything is there, a good base. For holidays with family and children, this is the best place in Jumeirah (beach, green area, location).

I hasten to share my extremely unpleasant experience of staying at the Al Naseem Hotel, Jumeirah. We are coming with my wife for the second time, she is now 8 months pregnant and the hotel staff saw this when checking in. We are accommodated in room 509, which is the furthest existing room. Which is about a kilometer away. This is the first one! The second one! In the middle of our vacation, we arrive at the hotel in the evening after the restaurant, walk the prescribed kilometer to our room, and the card from the door is blocked. The key is simply blocked because the deposit has expired. That is, no one wrote us a letter asking us to replenish it, no one drew our attention to this. They just blocked the key. So that I can walk back this kilometer to clarify the circumstances while my pregnant wife is sitting outside the door waiting. Without being able to sit comfortably or even go to the toilet. I'll also mention it! When I checked in, I wanted to deposit more money myself, but they said that it was not required and the amount deposited was enough. I highly do not recommend this location!

They haven't found her yet, they don't check the cameras, but there are guards on every corner, and the stroller is missing.. Guys, is this the level of your hotel? Can't you find it? Why do you need so many cameras then? And security? And also the cleaning, in recent days they haven't even thrown out the garbage, just made the beds, the rest is for us? And where to? Of course I'm disappointed..honestly, we are going back to the hotel now to look for our stroller.. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the service has completely dropped..
