I can rate the institution by 1 point. We held 2 events in the cafe, unfortunately, due to the lack of other venues in our city. What is repulsive in the first place is the boorish attitude on the part of the administrator, such behavior during the event is simply terrible. Firstly, rude communication with customers, and secondly, talking on the phone at full volume during celebrations and contests. What is terribly unpleasant and extremely outrageous is the presence of unauthorized persons in the hall during the event, whom, by the way, the administrator did not even try to keep out. There is no banal "special service" sign in this establishment. On the anniversary, they didn't even bother to put a tablecloth on the table, dirty dishes had to be cleaned from the table themselves and stored on empty tables, the dishes were dirty, the tables themselves were dirty, there were no glasses, for example, in this institution at all. I would like to draw the attention of the public and the Raipo to this cafe. With this attitude, you alienate customers, and there is no desire to contact them again. And I also want to protect my friends from visiting this institution.
