10 out of 10 for the super-polite staff. We were warmly welcomed at the reception desk, and in principle everyone was polite. My wife needed a hairdryer, they brought it from another room. The interior is clean and tidy. The hotel itself has its own cafe, the food is delicious and the price tag is very pleasant. The rooms are quite simple, but neat. The windows of our room faced the back of the hotel, and it was here that a surprise awaited, which the earplugs helped to avoid, because it seems to me that there is a hood for the cafe and it is very noisy. I had to close the windows and plug my ears with earplugs, so this noise did not interfere with sleep. I consider this hotel to be a good place to spend a couple of nights upon arrival in the city.

Well, it's just super cool. We were passing through, very hungry, we wanted a homely, understandable cuisine, we stopped for a snack at the svityaz cafe. We have never failed. The service was excellent, they told us, offered us, and even slightly changed the composition upon request. It felt like they had come to visit their mother, it felt so warm and pleasant. In addition to the wonderful attitude, I was very pleased with the delicious food. Thank you very much, we will definitely come to eat with you if we are in your city!

We were returning from the park to Minsk. We wanted to have lunch. I saw their cafe on the map. It was close. We decided to stop by. It was Sunday. At first, we waited for five minutes for someone to come out at all - the hall was completely empty. Next, we were told that there was nothing ready and we had to wait at least forty minutes. Yes, some salads, like vegetable salads, are faster. But if you order the second one, at least forty minutes. As for me, forty minutes is long enough. Therefore, we got up and, having drunk too much, went to another place.
