10 out of 10 for the super-polite staff. We were warmly welcomed at the reception desk, and in principle everyone was polite. My wife needed a hairdryer, they brought it from another room. The interior is clean and tidy. The hotel itself has its own cafe, the food is delicious and the price tag is very pleasant. The rooms are quite simple, but neat. The windows of our room faced the back of the hotel, and it was here that a surprise awaited, which the earplugs helped to avoid, because it seems to me that there is a hood for the cafe and it is very noisy. I had to close the windows and plug my ears with earplugs, so this noise did not interfere with sleep. I consider this hotel to be a good place to spend a couple of nights upon arrival in the city.

The cafe in the hotel was recommended by friends. We stopped by for lunch, the hall was being prepared for the event and, in fact, it was a day off (special maintenance)but despite this, we were fed. Fast, tasty and not expensive. Many thanks to the friendly waiter girl, in another place they would most likely have been turned away

Very slow service, extremely slow You can sit for 20-30 minutes until the waiter comes up to you and takes your order! The waiters seem to be deliberately pretending not to notice! When asked to remove the dishes, after another guest, they make a very outrageous facial expression. The table is not even wiped after the previous guest!
