To all those who have been to Abkhazia more than once and to those who are for the first time, I can say with confidence that you want an apartment 10 meters from the sea, a beautiful courtyard, comfortable rooms with amenities, good conditions in the kitchen, parking, a barbecue area, the proximity of the market and shops - this is definitely here. The sea is clear and the beaches are half-empty, Sukhumi and the center of Mount Athos are just around the corner. And most importantly, the price starts from 3500 per day for a double room with amenities. The sound insulation is much better than in expensive hotels in Abkhazia. I have something to compare it with in 20 years of trips to Abkhazia, I have traveled everything and I consider this guest house to be the best. The only thing is that there is no ready-made food, but there are plenty of canteens and cafes within a 10-minute radius, and you don't have to cook. It is 70 km to get from the customs border, it is convenient from Russia both by car and by any minibus. An hour will take you to the gate for 200 rubles, a taxi 3-5 thousand, depends on your wallet and what kind of loser you consider yourself and taxi drivers, the train also stops nearby at the New Athos railway station. There are hotels nearby that are twice as expensive, but we didn't like the fussy tourists there as much as here. The hostess Natasha is always in touch, she will change the linen and towels on time, they are cleaned constantly, the territory is clean

Everything is fine in this place. There is a beautiful front garden with a banana tree in the courtyard. Flowers, palm trees. A gorgeous veranda by the sea shore with swings. There are many locations to take pictures and sit. Two kitchens for cooking meals on your own. There are enough tables next to the kitchen. Great location. On the one hand, it's close to the center, and on the other hand, there's no noisy music. The room has air conditioning. Good water pressure. Own private veranda in front of the room. The room is clean. But! If possible, it would be great to update the tiles in the shower or clean the seams, which darken over time and look impetuous, I don't really want to go into the shower.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied. The room was clean and cozy, with a wonderful view of the city. A comfortable bed and good sound insulation allowed us to sleep well. I cannot but mention the excursions organized by Quadro Pedro. It was an amazing adventure with quality service and interesting routes. We recommend it to everyone who wants to make their vacation even more intense and memorable!
