There are a lot of people, it's a long time to wait, I spent 1.5 hours on 2 simple operations like receiving a transfer and exchanging currency. I can't say anything about the employees. In general, everything works, but it is not worn out. But they can be understood. The flow is just endless of people. The branch has a water cooler with cups and a toilet. There are not very many places to land, but you can crouch somewhere.
