Why is it that when your card expires, your money just disappears, it doesn't get into your account, it doesn't get into another card, it just evaporates and to get your own money you need to go to a bank branch, sit there for who knows how long… At the time of my review, my turn had not come. Upd. I was called after an hour of waiting. They can't transfer money from an expired card, they can give it out in cash at the cash desk, but they can transfer cents. In short, an interesting logic, as a result, I still stood in line at the checkout to get the cash, which I immediately put on the card. The moral is, if your card is coming to an end, transfer the money to your account yourself, otherwise you will find such a quest.

The exchanger works wonderfully and quickly, for which I awarded three stars. The rest of the department is some kind of misunderstanding. To order a card, you have to wait for it to be made at another branch, like most requests. It is impossible to change documents or phone number in the database. Employees have not even heard about half of the services provided by the bank.

The calculating machine did not work, it was taken away for repair, only after the HEAD ASKED.The cashier solved the problem, she went "behind the scenes" and the problem was solved. The exchanger did not accept the bill and did not even offer to take a percentage for a torn 2mm bill. Not a single ATM of the bank, and there are 3 exchange offices, did not work. There is a good girl at the reception who speaks both Russian and Uzbek. In the credit department, I would like to mention the head of the Bahodir department, who helped bring the matter to an end, did not take up his main job. I stayed at the bank from 11 p.m. to 4 p.m.
