The printing house itself is good, although it doesn't pull out the price difference with any outstanding qualities, purely a mark-up for the name. But the service is disgusting. They write correctly in the reviews — there is zero customer orientation, when you come in, they just ignore you, you contact them yourself – they rudely ask you to wait. As if they already require banal politeness and friendliness from employees in any hole, it is unpleasantly surprising that the Pencil is satisfied with everything in this regard...
