Great company! The level of service is excellent, not all famous global companies have such a thing. I took Kia Rio for 7 days. The car is perfectly clean, a couple of bottles of water, wet wipes and chewing gum were put as a gift, a trifle but nice.

About everything in order:
We took a Kia Soul car for 2 days - the car is in excellent condition, everything is working properly, automatic.
When they took Emin, he told them everything, showed them the parking spots, the navigation program. (I want to say Yandex navigator also works fine, we drove on it, as it is familiar)
When they took it, the guys put 2 bottles of water, chewing gum, napkins - a trifle, but it's nice.
When they handed it over, they did not go to the car wash themselves, they gave 10 manats (this was agreed at the beginning)
But the most important thing is the telephone support in Russian. We had an emergency situation, the guys were in touch, they told us how to act and we came out of this situation clean.

Having experience of regular car rental from European companies, I would like to positively note the service of this company! The guys are doing well, they are objectively trying for the client!
1. Communication with the client via WhatsApp or mobile was instant and as customer-oriented as possible.
2. We helped with the issue of current payment restrictions from the Russian Federation (blocking Russian cards): the minimum deposit was made from the Savings Account, the main amount of the deposit was in cash at the car acceptance stage (which is optimal for me).
3. Drive the car to the hotel and picked up after the end of the lease at a pre-agreed time.
4. The car was clean, with small but pleasant additions (drinking water, chewing gum, napkins...)

Initially, we booked a Hyundai H1 2015, but upon arrival there were minor problems with it and we were given a Mercedes Benz V class instead, for which I was very glad. The car was given out clean, everything was shown. Special thanks to Andrey. I planned to return the car from them, but on the last day I changed my mind and returned it to Bilgah (40 manats). The deposit was returned in manats, but we spent it DF.

Renting a car this time was not trivial.
Everyone knows that a debit card is needed to book a car at any airport: a deposit will be deducted from it.
But I canceled the visa card a long time ago, and as it turned out, no Russian cards are accepted in Azerbaijan.
But no! There is justice in the world! You can book a car in Azerbaijan without a card.
I was looking for feedback on how people get out of this situation, I tried it myself - everything works.
So, there is such a company as Karavan rent and service company (I think I wrote it correctly). I left them a request on the website. They wrote to me on WhatsApp themselves.
All further correspondence was conducted there. I received an offer (I asked for an economy), instructions for transferring an advance payment in the amount of 5,000 rubles.
To a completely unknown person, I transferred 5,000 rubles to an Azerbaijani phone number and sat down to wait for arrival...
The day before departure, they called me, confirmed everything, met me at the airport, gave me a car for a class higher, instructed me on all issues.
Subsequently, I called up several times for questions of interest and always received help.
I can recommend it!!!

Great guys. I booked in advance - I was sent instructions on how to transfer an advance payment from a Russian "under" card. I booked one car (based on my height of 200), offered another, better, for the same price (Solaris). I entered my wife just in case for free. We arrived at the office for the opening (9:00), received a full briefing, put the Waze navigator on the phone, the uncle from the office installed / configured everything. The office is gorgeous, I took a picture with a cool camel. the defects of the car were reflected in the map. The car did not cause any problems, from the hearing at all. The mileage was 156,000, but the condition is excellent. We planned to rent it at the airport, then the plans changed and for a small surcharge, the guys took the car from the hotel.
Yes, they did not wash it, they paid 10 manats.
For gasoline - 92, 10L -1 manat.

Friendly staff, they work clearly, they warned us about the peculiarities of communication with representatives of the traffic police, it was very useful on the road.
The cars are "fresh", we've had them for 22 years, the cabin is clean.
The following points are discussed in advance:
1. Washing at the customer's expense - in case of return of a dirty car, the washing fee is 10 manats.
2. Fuel policy - we received a car with a full tank, the fuel level is fixed. We returned it with a lower level than we took, paid for the shortage at the price per liter as at the gas station (without the margin of the office).
They returned the car at the airport, a fee of 30 manats is charged for this, the representative quickly examined the car, its degree of cleanliness, fuel level, defects in the paintwork, etc., returned the deposit, took money for the car wash and the missing gasoline.
The prices are reasonable and correspond to the level of service.

We took the Prado for 3 days, everything went fine.
Starting from chatting on Whatsapp and booking a car, ending with support during the booking period.
I was stopped by the police once, they tried to cheat me for money. The guys from the rental were in touch, they talked on the phone with the policeman themselves, and told us what to do. As a result, for the 1700km run there was not a single fine, no accidents, everything is super.
The price is probably higher than in lesser-known services, but when you go on vacation, it's better to overpay a little and not worry about anything.

I want to leave a REAL review about Karavan. We are from Belarus, Gomel. I came to Azerbaijan to see the country and travel all over it. We agreed on the car and the rental time via WhatsApp. We made an advance payment using an AlfaBank card without any problems. All the documents for the car, how to behave on the road, how to deal with the police - they told everything. We were also paid for parking at the airport. We went on a 4-day trip to cities such as Gabala, Shaki, Ganja, Goygol and related places. The car was a Kia Rio 2021 1.6 petrol on automatic. The car is very nice, new, clean, fast and passable. He easily overcame the mountain serpentine and behaved confidently on the track. On technical issues, everything was also fine. You can fill 92 with gasoline, which is very profitable. We delivered the car in Baku at the central office of the company. The guys looked at everything and even forgave a few small fines for speed, which is very nice, since there is no way without fines in Azerbaijan - cameras are everywhere and if you are not a local, then you will definitely get caught somewhere. The deposit was returned without any problems in the same form as we paid - in cash (it was possible by card). The rental prices from the company are good, not expensive compared to others.
