Guys, well done! Everything is fine and clear! There is a nuance, but in general it is good! I took a car to Baku for a trip to Shahdag for 12 days. I wanted a minivan to throw in my skis, but they offered a Pradik with rails, they said that there would be fasteners for skis! We were met at the airport, on time, everything is as it should be! The car is normal, not perfect, but well-groomed and clean without foreign odors! But ski fasteners are not provided, only rails, no clips! They gave us the screeds, KARL!!! As a result, I shoved everything inside! It was cramped for four people, with a child in a child safety seat and skis in the cabin, but nothing, we managed! So check about the normal fasteners! I'll take a minivan next time! The road is good, there's no need for four-wheel drive! I also returned the car at the airport.

I took a car for a couple of days, the car is a new Chinese, the conditions were discussed in advance, the rental documents were ready for arrival. We changed the return to the airport instead of the office. Handing over the car literally on the fly, everything is very wonderful. I recommend it! I highly recommend taking a parking service for 20 manat/day, thanks to Ravan. You don't have to think about how to find paid parking, park wherever you want (well, where you can park, of course), send a photo of the sign to the chat and go about your business, the parking fee is already included. Once again, a huge human thank you from the bottom of my heart! It would be better for a tourist who wants to explore the beauty of the country by himself while driving, to stop in mountain villages at any moment, and it was impossible to think of. Great company! The level of service is excellent, not all famous global companies have such a thing. I took Kia Rio for 7 days. The car is perfectly clean, a couple of bottles of water, wet wipes and chewing gum were put as a gift, a trifle but nice.

I rented a budget Volkswagen Polo for 3 days in March 2025. Convenient service, booked earlier from Russia with a prepaid card, the rest is paid in cash upon receipt. The employee explained all the local rules and nuances, suggested how and where it is better to go. We had a decent ride through the beautiful places of Azerbaijan (Shamakhi, Gabala, Shaki, Agate Mountains, Beshbarmag). The car didn't fail, everything went well. I have rented cars many times in different countries and I can say with confidence that this is one of the best services: everything is honed to the smallest detail from the speed of responses to requests to clear instructions on how and what to do. I am from Russia and under the conditions of sanctions, they told me everything about how I can transfer the deposit from Russia to Azerbaijan, how to get to the rental office.

About everything in order:
We took a Kia Soul car for 2 days - the car is in excellent condition, everything is working properly, automatic.
When they took Emin, he told them everything, showed them the parking spots, the navigation program. (I want to say Yandex navigator also works fine, we drove on it, as it is familiar)
When they took it, the guys put 2 bottles of water, chewing gum, napkins - a trifle, but it's nice.
When they handed it over, they did not go to the car wash themselves, they gave 10 manats (this was agreed at the beginning)
But the most important thing is the telephone support in Russian. We had an emergency situation, the guys were in touch, they told us how to act and we came out of this situation clean.

Having experience of regular car rental from European companies, I would like to positively note the service of this company! The guys are doing well, they are objectively trying for the client!
1. Communication with the client via WhatsApp or mobile was instant and as customer-oriented as possible.
2. We helped with the issue of current payment restrictions from the Russian Federation (blocking Russian cards): the minimum deposit was made from the Savings Account, the main amount of the deposit was in cash at the car acceptance stage (which is optimal for me).
3. Drive the car to the hotel and picked up after the end of the lease at a pre-agreed time.
4. The car was clean, with small but pleasant additions (drinking water, chewing gum, napkins...)

Renting a car this time was not trivial.
Everyone knows that a debit card is needed to book a car at any airport: a deposit will be deducted from it.
But I canceled the visa card a long time ago, and as it turned out, no Russian cards are accepted in Azerbaijan.
But no! There is justice in the world! You can book a car in Azerbaijan without a card.
I was looking for feedback on how people get out of this situation, I tried it myself - everything works.
So, there is such a company as Karavan rent and service company (I think I wrote it correctly). I left them a request on the website. They wrote to me on WhatsApp themselves.
All further correspondence was conducted there. I received an offer (I asked for an economy), instructions for transferring an advance payment in the amount of 5,000 rubles.
To a completely unknown person, I transferred 5,000 rubles to an Azerbaijani phone number and sat down to wait for arrival...
The day before departure, they called me, confirmed everything, met me at the airport, gave me a car for a class higher, instructed me on all issues.
Subsequently, I called up several times for questions of interest and always received help.
I can recommend it!!!
