I visited this salon for the first time. I received the service of the complex: lamination of upper eyelashes and coloring + correction and coloring of eyebrows. There are no special comments on the performance of the service itself: the eyelashes are laminated and colored, the eyebrows are adjusted and colored as well (although it could have been better to "pinch"). There are comments on the work of the master directly with the client: I did not feel customer-oriented: the master constantly used the phone and watched various tiktok videos, as well as talked on the phone, during the necessary time delay of the lamination procedure stages. It seemed that I was being treated in between using the gadget (watching videos, phone conversations, etc.). The lamination procedure assumes the calm work of the master. During previous procedures in other places, I even managed to fall asleep, but here the trigger was constant. I can also recommend that the salon administration, instead of the 105th episode of the Turkish TV series, at least sometimes please customers with pleasant music. Definitely next time I will go to a place where pleasant music is playing, and the master does not leave the client throughout the procedure-there are such places in the city. I do not recommend karma.
