The most delicious dondurma ice cream turned out to be at Tarihi Meşhur Rumelikavak Dondurmacısı Ismail Usta cafe. It's just mind-blowing. My husband and I ate two portions of two balls in a cone, for a total of eight balls. While we were eating the first portion, we saw that all the locals were taking mulberry dondurma in a rich burgundy color. So we took the second portion to try.
