There is no parking. The location is not convenient, the traffic flow is so strong under the bridge that it could be demolished. Dust and dirt all around. In general, you can not take a parcel yourself in this department. A woman who is not young runs from one room to another, which slows down the collection of the parcel. A young woman is also sitting on the issue and is trying to process and fill in the data, which is very slow due to inexperience and promptness due to age. Of course, women try to smooth things out somehow, but the impression remains negative.
In general, it is not clear to me if the index on the parcel is indicated why the parcel should not be sent to the appropriate post office, but it is sent to the other end of the city. In the qazpost app.kz there is currently no way to redirect the parcel to a convenient address.

There are no advantages, the organization is terrible, I sent parcels through them, I couldn't accept them myself, I call on the phone and ask the courier to take it to the specified address (on the parcel) and give it to the person at the address, they asked for a notarized power of attorney, it's just nonsense, they don't want to go to a meeting and help people, everything is done without giving a damn and to harm people. I would like to ask the staff a question, if you are so annoyed by your place of work and you don't like it so much, why do you work there? Get away from there and don't ruin other people's lives! Disgusting courier service!

My wife and I were sending a package to the USA. We really liked the service - they told us everything, showed us, explained, helped us fill out the address, picked up a suitable box. Well done quickly, clearly!!!
