Two stars only for the qualified staff and the delivery itself, which is a plus. But everything is interrupted by a fat minus, it's a nightmare: there is almost a complete lack of staff, in one place and two people are pulling the whole kazpost, and letters, and parcels, and payment, in short, everything. You can wait in line for more than an hour. I work until 17:00, so I couldn't pick up the parcel for three days. I do not know for sure, but according to rumors, because of the meager salaries, all the staff scattered, how else are these two remaining girls holding up? That's what the stars are for them.
