This is the worst department I've ever visited. Just one visit ruined everything. I arrived at the department at 18:00 because of traffic jams, I thought it might still be open. When I arrived at the place, I saw that the staff was still there, and I went in with a girl who also wanted to pick up the parcel. As a result, they yelled at the girl without explaining anything, and before I could say anything, they turned to me with the phrase in a raised tone, "Why are you standing there whining, go pick up your parcel. I won't turn on the lights on purpose." Of course, I understand that I have delayed people with my presence, but I have never seen such an attitude in my direction. Please take into account the discipline of your staff, as this is a Front office that works directly with the public and from which people get a general impression of the work of Kazpost as a whole.
