I was stuck for almost 2 hours, even though I was 3rd in line. In short, I'm disappointed. Ten (!), yes, ten specialists, of whom only two worked with visitors. The rest were doing anything but their duties. Then we wonder why the company has a sharply negative image. Think, gentlemen! A holy place is never empty.
