I came to get a consultation, stood for 1.5 hours, and did not receive it. The operator sent the 9099 number to the subscriber department, and the subscriber department told him to call 9099 - some kind of vicious circle. The second point: there is an electronic queue, I have a ticket with a number, but suddenly the person with the number is called earlier than me. The quality of product knowledge and consulting is at a very low level

With all due respect to this brand, the employees there work carelessly, to put it mildly. I came to issue a new SIM card. It would seem a trivial matter. I was stuck for almost 2 hours, even though I was 3rd in line. In short, I'm disappointed. Ten (!), yes, ten specialists, of whom only two worked with visitors. The rest were doing anything but their duties. Then we wonder why the company has a sharply negative image. Think, gentlemen! A holy place is never empty.

Yes, in principle everything is fine. The staff is polite and competent. But the waiting time is not pleasant. I wish there were more operators. Although maybe it's just my bad luck.
