If you want to stay out of touch abroad due to crooked software and disregard, welcome to Activ (Kcell). My phone, which is in international roaming, was blocked in the kz-imei database.kz with the wording "overdue verification". At the same time, the official rules of the system (Order No. 226) clearly state in black and white: roaming devices are NOT SUBJECT to BLOCKING. The verification system itself technically does not determine geolocation, and it is the mobile operator who must transmit the token that the subscriber is roaming! But Activ doesn't care about the laws or its customers. WhatsApp support is bullying people. Useless robots and script operators simply close the timer dialog, shifting responsibility to the government base. The technical specialists did not lift a finger to fix the roaming status for the number. The official support email is a black hole where requests are ignored for months. As a result, due to the laziness and incompetence of this operator, a person abroad is completely disconnected, and it is impossible to solve the problem remotely, since their moronic instructions require a personal visit to the PSC. Shame on such a "service" in 2026. I do not recommend contacting this office to anyone.
