I will omit the situation with the employee who did not add syrup to the cocoa, although I ordered it. In this regard, I understand everything.: We're all human, and we all get tired or stressed out. This is a human factor - errors happen everywhere. Therefore, I will not remove the star for this. - the establishment deserves solid 5 stars!
