I often visit here, I really like everything, the staff is kind, smiling, the food is excellent. If it's rush hour, they warn you about the waiting time, they work with gloves, everything is sterile. Fresh food, I was satisfied. Although there are few employees, they try to deliver the order quickly and efficiently. 10/10☺️

I would put up a nameplate with the inscription: waiting time from 20 minutes, check your orders, we may not report something. When will this mess end? If people have to wait so long, they could offer coffee as compensation for waiting.

And so it has been for more than one year. The administration of the KFS Institutions does not respond to these comments. They won't even call or apologize if there's a problem. The attitude towards customers is terrible- according to feedback, the service is of poor quality, the bun inside or the potatoes may be cold. I made an order for cash through the app, came to pick it up, but they hadn't taken it to cook yet. They said pay for it and we'll cook later, but the order was accepted through the app. There is no internal synchronization at all.
