I recently went to KFC and was very satisfied. The food was fresh, crisp and flavorful — I especially liked the spicy wings and rustic potatoes. The staff is friendly, quickly served, everything is clean and cozy. The atmosphere is pleasant, you can safely eat or take it with you. I am glad that the quality remains stable — every time I know that I will get delicious food and a good mood. Thank you, KFC!

We were with a friend at 10 a.m. today and ordered 5 for 5.50. Terrible, 100 times refrozen French fries, which are easier to cut yourself on. Ice twister, where there's some kind of slush instead of the normal sauce. The nuggets are dry. In short, the worst point in Gomel. In addition, the sanitation is complete, the garbage cans are filled to zero. The staff is working slowly. Either close this point and open a normal fast food network, or restart the point. Where will the new staff and quality be?

We stand waiting at the checkout for 15 minutes to order, other orders are added, those who are not served at the checkout. There is no one at the checkout, no one approaches, and they do not respond to complaints. Maintenance is at 0. I received the order only an hour later, there weren't many people. I had 3 items in my order, water, burger and potatoes, they arrived at the next table later than I did and received the order earlier, according to the type of 6 items each of them had.
