Okay, we'll have a cold Coke. The nuggets were terrible, tiny and cold, half-sized, and matching the picture is not worth talking about. French fries are salted Once every five minutes, it is impossible to eat them. Many people have already written about unsanitary conditions ---this is a disaster!!! The trash cans are full, the bathroom is terrible. And the culmination of all this service is a guy with an eternally unhappy face, ignoring the visitors, as if forcing himself. Unpleasant type, don't like the job, leave. We need to teach the staff to at least talk to people if they can't make such an ordinary simple meal tasty and beautiful. There's a residue left, we won't come back.

On request, nuggets (breadcrumbs are raw), instead of the original strips, they put sharp ones. There's blood in the chicken legs. You should put things in order there. A very unpleasant impression remained after today's visit. Instead of quick service, I came, ordered, and left, I had to waste my time! The support service promised that representatives of this point would contact me within an hour, but no call was received.

And since the service in this place has been leaving much to be desired lately and we have to check the order, this was revealed without leaving the place where the orders were placed. I wrote a complaint in the book, I will wait for an answer, if it does not suit me, I will continue to find out through the services why there is such strict weight control in stores, and here such "sloppiness". Next time the bottom will be smeared, they will say that 20 grams of ice cream is required, we don't know anything, call Moscow Upd. The complaint was not answered in the book (I suspect that there is a second book of complaints specifically for "clients". I sent the letter to Kfc's email address, which the company indicated - there has also been no response for more than a month. Consumer protection services do not respond to what they are actually needed for. A country where the laws don't work:(and such catering establishments will continue to deceive people and be unpunished.
