There's a difference, right? Even here, in the reviews with photos, the ice cream is 3/4 full, right there - it's good if half. I went to the administrator to find out why, they replied that the weight was 130 grams. I asked why it wasn't written anywhere about it - they said call Moscow.Neither at the kiosk nor at the stand with the issuance of orders - there is nothing about 130 grams, how should I find out when buying a product? And I don't carry scales with me either. I wrote a complaint in the book, I will wait for an answer, if it does not suit me, I will continue to find out through the services why there is such strict weight control in stores, and here such "sloppiness". Next time the bottom will be smeared, they will say that 20 grams of ice cream is required, we don't know anything, call Moscow
Upd. The complaint was not answered in the book (I suspect that there is a second book of complaints specifically for "clients". I sent the letter to Kfc's email address, which the company indicated - there has also been no response for more than a month. Consumer protection services do not respond to what they are actually needed for.
A country where the laws don't work:(and such catering establishments will continue to deceive people and be unpunished.

Delicious, not expensive, good choice, everything is fine, but! There is a difference between ordering on the spot and ordering through a website/application, it would be great to combine the menu somehow, ordering through a website you have more choice.

It's a complete disgrace. We stood at the cash register for several minutes, no one came up, given that the employees were actively doing the kind of work, 3 people for the entire rYstoran. After that, the toys that were put down were not reported. The faucet is not working in the toilet. Wash your hands. The readiness monitor is not working. We also waited for 2 burgers and 2 fries to be ready for 20 minutes. In the burger king, when loading orders 40-50, wait 30 minutes. And here are 2 orders and 20 minutes . There was practically no one in the hall . It is not surprising.
I'm not going to this miserable place anymore.

I make an online order by a certain time, I arrive 5 minutes earlier, the order is cold, I didn't have the time and energy to tell the seller something. The tables are dirty, there are pieces of food lying around. If you want to eat cold potatoes and chicken, and even in the mud, then you are welcome to this place!

Not a bad catering point. A popular place, lots of visitors. You can order takeaway food. They cook well. The staff is young, polite, and I work fast. There are Neighbors near the store. There are several parking lots where there are always free spaces. There is a public transport stop nearby.

The KFS on Sovetskaya Street, in its first year of operation, was excellent. The food was fresh and crisp. I had to wait, but it was worth it. Currently, no institution is worthy of 5 stars. As for this particular CFS. Recently, they have begun to over-salt the breading, it is already impossible to eat. I would give 3 stars for that... I hope the extra salt will be removed from the breading (M.B. already🤷).

The most important thing is that both in this and in the restaurant on Sovetskaya Street they do not put cheese in burgers and twisters... It's called a chickenburger, and there's no cheese. I didn't even immediately understand what was the matter, my son prompted me. About vegetables, I don't say anything at all - it's not even saving... but I will come on purpose and make a "test purchase". They will redo it for me and, I believe, for everyone present. I don't think that such coincidences in different places and with a big time difference are just for me.

The order was given out in the parking lot to wait for the order (capacity for two cars, the third one, if it becomes, will block traffic for the rest) As a result, one burger was not served. I stood for 5 minutes. When I was there, they took an order from another car, seeing that I was standing and ringing the bell and knocking on the window.
