They actually do not have payment through the cashier, there are always problems with the terminal, but ordering through the application is also not an option, very often an already paid order simply does not appear at the point. The waiting time is always huge, if you order in advance, say by 20:30, then do not expect to pick up your order before 20:50, while if there are several items in the order, then prepare for the fact that you will eat something just cold, this is a consequence of the fact that a maximum of 2 people work in the kitchen. I gave this point a few chances because I just love KFC, but to be honest, I was disappointed every time. If you value your time and don't want to waste time waiting, just choose another network that is plentiful here.

The order was served quickly enough, which at first pleased me. However, the burger "Grander" turned out to be cold, as if it had been left for a long time after cooking. We asked for a replacement burger, and to their credit, the staff actually made a new one. But unfortunately, the second burger was no different—it was cold again, and it was smeared with ketchup on the outside. It looked extremely sloppy and caused unpleasant associations, as if it had been stained with something on purpose. It seems that burgers are made in advance, and then simply reheated or not heated at all, which affects not only the temperature, but also the taste. This approach does not meet the expectations of a KFC-level network at all. I hope the administration will pay attention to the quality of the delivery and the freshness of the products.
