Every time i go here, the food is stale! Often soggy and tasteless. They seems to be not changing the oil frequently. Once i ordered strips and there was black dust all over the strips due to repeated using of same oil. Everything was cold. Such a terrible experience. Never going again

04/23/26 we visited this restaurant with our child. We were very satisfied with the service provided by Polina's employee (a very pleasant and friendly girl). There are no complaints about food: The food is hot, fresh, and most importantly, delicious. Of all the restaurants in the KFC chain, this is the best, I recommend it!

On January 10, 2026, 628 orders were placed.: Instead of three cheeseburgers and a Georgian burger, they put a double singer, a fileburger and one cheeseburger. That is, even the discrepancy in numbers did not bother anyone! We added additives to each of the items we ordered in the hope that they would give us fresh hot sandwiches. And everything that was given out was cold! In all the years of orders at KFC, there have never been MISTAKES of THIS MAGNITUDE. We couldn't even imagine that it would be possible to mess up LIKE this. I travel a lot of places: from Vladivostok to Grodno, this is the first time I've encountered something like this! I found the mistake already in Dobrusha - I could no longer afford to return. The impression of visiting the restaurant turned out to be certainly vivid, it's a pity that it was negative. I suggest that the restaurant staff pay more attention to their work instead of chatting.
