All these advantages are crossed out by one fat minus - a dirty toilet. We were there in the evening at about 8 o'clock. No one has cleaned the toilet since 11:30, judging by the entries in the cleaning sheet. The toilet is absolutely obscene. At the same time, garbage is removed in the hall, garbage bags are changed, but the toilet bypasses the staff.

But sellers aren't always honest. previously, it was possible to order coupons from the cashier by calling their number, but on the last visit I was told that this can only be done when placing an order from the screen (1 case). they also refused to sell the sauce separately to my friend (I did not calculate the quantity, so I needed more) (2 cases). my friend was also told that the sauces were out, but when we had to wait a long time for the order, as a comment, a kind guy put the sauce in the order (for this + a star). The food is delicious as in all KFS, pleasant staff, atmosphere and good air conditioning. But for me, the priority of orders and waiting time are a big minus. I was in a hurry enough and had to wait for the order, but I ordered it first, after 8 orders above me. I really don't understand how the priority is set, probably from smaller orders to larger ones, but I didn't like that the people who came 10 minutes later received their food faster than me.
