If the mood deteriorates, I will contact the franchise owner in Belarus.

20 минут ждали заказ, из чека видно, что ничего сложного. Но бургер был холодный, картошка тоже. Через 17-18 минут ожидания заказа подходила, сказали, что ещё крылышки готовятся. Через 2-3 минуты выдали заказ. Зал полупустой, все так подходили и спрашивали, когда приготовят. Были люди, которые пришли раньше, чем мы и получили свой заказ позже. Последние несколько месяцев ходили туда 2 раза и давали шанс, но всегда ожидание от 20 минут и решили больше туда не ходить. Сегодня перед поездкой хотели поесть, много не заказывали, рассчитывая на более быстрое приготовление, но всё также. Ужас!
