On 07.10.25 at 21.16, we placed an order through a self-service kiosk: coupon 5555 - 3 pcs. and coupon 1370- 3 pcs. Not only did we wait for the order for more than 30 minutes, we also did not give it in full and replaced the goods that were in the order without notifying the customer. Instead of six sauces, we got four pieces, instead of French fries, we got rustic potatoes, instead of three egg twisters, we got 2 longers, two chicken burgers each had one small strip, two nuggets in the third, and we decided not to put drink straws in the order at all. What kind of negligent attitude to work is this?! Where is your customer orientation?! Not only do you wait for this order for more than 30 minutes, you pick it up without checking, hoping that in 40 minutes you can still assemble the order properly, but also when you come home you get a surprise! Your most disgusting restaurant! I've never seen anything like this before!

Being the only person in the queue, I waited for the order for 10 minutes. The sauce was not put in, when I pointed out its absence, we double-checked both packages. There was no sugar for the Cappuccino, although she indicated that she needed it when ordering at the terminal. When I asked for it, they said that the sugar was out.... The worst CFS I've ever been to.The food is cold and tasteless. As soon as you go to the toilet, you immediately get a gag reflex from everything that happens there.There is no paper, alcohol bottles in the trash, the floor and walls are dirty, the toilet is dirty, and there is a terrible smell.There are also dirty seats and tables in the hall.Orders are given at least 10 minutes in advance.Please sort it out

I managed to stop by for a snack. I took 5 chicken strips and rustic potatoes. The strips from the juicy chicken category were as thick as a pinky and dry. The rustic potatoes were stuck together in two pieces. There is also a sauce attached to each dish, I either don't need it at all, or only one. Well, the toilet was not cleaned, the floor was empty...San, the smell is creepy.

I strongly advise against this institution. Today I gave him another chance (and I'm writing hot on the trail), but it turned out that the first time the spoiled mood was not accidental. The dishes, just like the first time, turned out to be barely warm (just at room temperature): burger, wings (soft skin, not fried). The cola was gas-free. It was as if some exhausted remnants had been drained away. I threw it away after the first sip. Never set foot in here again. I wouldn't recommend it to the others either. You can just take yesterday's cutlet at home and put it between 2 pieces of loaf - it will taste better.

They took the order, there were only 6 small bytes, approached the employee, asked how many things there should be, he did not know, went to ask someone, came and answered, there is not a quantity, but a gram, they are large, so they are few in number. I took the time to go to Santa and weighed it on the scales. 84 grams, but the scales were packed for 14 grams, plus packaging. In any case, the norm of 135 grams was not visible in any way. They came up a second time and asked to weigh the employees, there seemed to be 88 grams on their scales, fortunately the manager noticed this, and in order to avoid conflicts, he simply said to report. Each time, either something is missing, or it is folded "and so it will do", or both options at once. This is the second time the nuggets from the combo have not been reported! The potato fork was somehow wrapped in a napkin, no individual packaging! Once, different positions were crammed into one small box, so that the onion rings turned into porridge. The desire to come here has completely disappeared. The potatoes were incredibly salty last time. And another interesting feature: if you order two burgers, removing only onions from one and only tomatoes from the other, both burgers will be without onions and without tomatoes.

I came here with a group of friends for a couple of days. Evening, there were 6 people in the whole hall, the order was made for about 15-20 minutes (which is acceptable in principle), BUT I was amazed by the quality of this order. One of the burgers I ordered was clearly expired (most likely the bun turned sour), when asked to replace it with a fresh one (I took 2 bites), the staff tried to prove that everything was fine and the sauce smelled like that, although I had a longer with the same sauce and everything was fine with it, after a couple of minutes of discussion they still agreed redo it and there was the same problem with the new one. After the first bite, I just went and threw it away, there was no desire to argue again. This is the first time I've encountered a similar problem on the KFS network

Really, the worst thing about the KFS is that there are few people there, they have plenty of time to make a normal meal, yesterday they gave me an order for a cold burger, a cold hot dog, and the worst thing is that the burger was slick, just like a stone hard bun,I'm writing this review because it's the second time I went there and the same thing ,don't go naked there anymore,kfs network, please pay attention to them , this is unacceptable , even on nemiga in that dumpster, and they cook better than here, at least let them serve hot, not cold like ice cream P.s. don't punish the guys, just tell them what they're doing wrong, and then maybe they'll get involved in their work.

We ordered a basket with 24 wings and 4 sauces. As a result, there were 4 wings in the bucket, the rest were all legs. There are a couple of people sitting in the restaurant, everything is fucked up in the hall, 3-4 people from the staff. UPD: time goes by, but nothing really changes, I ordered food through Yandex many times over the past two weeks, in general everything was fine, but not always, the last time they brought bytes that couldn't even be bitten, I don't know how long they lay there, but they were thrown away. Part of the potatoes from the old batch, part from the fresh batch, the fresh ones were not even salted, so all the potatoes on top were tasteless, and from the bottom (old) salty, but sluggish; the burger was packed so that the sauce was all on paper packaging and flowed out on one side, as a result, it is impossible to eat and not smear your hands, which the conclusion is simple - the food is delicious and hot, but only if you are lucky enough to get caught by conscientious workers There were 3-4 employees, while there was only one apricot in the kitchen, they told me to wait 10 minutes, but I waited all twenty minutes, they also gave me warm potatoes that had been lying all this time, and even before me, I said to change, to which the cashier looked at me as if I I had to choke on boring low-quality potatoes, but I brought a new one, but I did not write off the old one, but put it back to give it to another order later... horror

The staff themselves explain the situation by saying that one of the boxes will be prepared for a long time and, in order not to exceed the waiting time, it was removed from the waiting list. The worst KFC. Even 1 star is a lot. We were waiting for the order for 15 minutes. The food is poor in quality - the chicken is dry, the bytes are very small with a minimum amount of meat, the potatoes are sour and tired, and the milkshake is generally a separate conversation. The "restaurant" itself is sooo dirty. A bottle of vodka broke in front of a homeless man and no one took it away. Sauces, leftovers and other garbage are everywhere. The trash cans are clogged, tables and seats are not cleaned at all. Also, in this institution, very often they do not report something to the order. Once we decided to find out this point - we were given a card for a 10% discount and, again, sour potatoes, and a few months later they said that the card was invalid.

Actually, the class, I skipped the first two lessons there. For a C grade. 02/22.24 at 17:00 I placed an order (the order was large), we cooked for 25 minutes upon receipt I asked if everything was put in (2 packages were tightly folded, it was extremely inconvenient to disassemble and check)- they replied that everything was fine . Upon arrival home, there were no 4 cheese sauces (and the children eat only with it). I just put ice cream in coffee glasses on the table next to the bags open - take it as you want.

1) it's very dirty, the tables are right under a huge layer of dirt, the seats are all covered in crumbs 2) Disgusting staff, please train employees to communicate with people. When asked to replace the cold burger with a glance, they sent three letters, heated it in the microwave so that two soaked rolls remained from the burger, and refused to redo it. Music screams from the kitchen with mats all over the place. 3) there are the same KFS, where it will be much more pleasant to have a snack - without quarreling with the staff, without begging for table cleaning and without choking on dry potatoes (as if they are already a couple of days old). There are really problems with food here, I've been here three times and everything is dry and cold three times.

It gets worse and worse every time. The order was placed in the info kiosk, there were no other orders at that time, they stirred and began to cook it only after 7 minutes. At that time, only strange visitors were sitting in the hall: homeless people, a group of noisy youngsters, a man who dined with food bought in a store, an alcoholic who constantly looked at us and a young man sleeping on the table (but at least he had food from this institution). The 25-minute wait for the order seemed endless and I wanted to leave all the time. We received the order in a bag, although we pressed "on the spot", there were no napkins in it, and the potatoes turned out not to be salty at all. Several times I came across diluted drinks. I won't come in and spoil my mood anymore.

A good KFS restaurant with a delicious chicken and an average waiting time for an order. The speed of cooking and collecting orders is at an average level, but what else can you expect from the same people who work here 24/7. The food is the same as in the entire network of Belfudservice and Creativvostok, cleanliness is maintained whenever possible, the contingent is family (friendly family).Overall: delicious, pleasant, atmospheric and comfortable.

There is not much to write about the KFS restaurant, because the menu and the quality of cooking (assembly) are about the same in each of the representatives, but specifically in this I would like to note the possibility of ordering from the street, a small area and poor-quality cleaning. Apparently, the lack of staff is affecting. But even despite this place is quite popular among locals and just passing by.
