The poor pieces of chicken were put through a deep fryer three times, in which the oil NEVER changed... The taste is disgusting, bitter and dried to the state of breadcrumbs. On 07.10.25 at 21.16, we placed an order through a self-service kiosk: coupon 5555 - 3 pcs. and coupon 1370- 3 pcs. Not only did we wait for the order for more than 30 minutes, we also did not give it in full and replaced the goods that were in the order without notifying the customer. I came here with a group of friends for a couple of days. Evening, there were 6 people in the whole hall, the order was made for about 15-20 minutes (which is acceptable in principle), BUT I was amazed by the quality of this order. One of the burgers I ordered was clearly expired (most likely the bun turned sour), when asked to replace it with a fresh one (I took 2 bites), the staff tried to prove that everything was fine and the sauce smelled like that, although I had a longer with the same sauce and everything was fine with it, after a couple of minutes of discussion they still agreed redo it and there was the same problem with the new one. After the first bite, I just went and threw it away, there was no desire to argue again. This is the first time I've encountered a similar problem on the KFS network
