So it turns out that everyone wants to earn fast and a lot, and if they don't pay, then that's how we'll work....But I don't remember eating a burger without sauce anywhere else except here....

Seriously? Is liquid mass a KFC standard? I doubt... Don't set foot in this particular KFC anymore!

The service is terrible. All the food was cold. They asked to change the potatoes, in the end they just threw them into a common deep fryer, "warmed up" and gave them away. I got a little warmer. Then they noticed that the cold burgers were being changed, and as a result, they were barely warmed up. Heated +-10 min. While the burgers are warm, the potatoes are cold. Also, for some reason, most of the menu was missing. As we were told, "there are only 3 burgers", the price of each of which was above 10 rubles. When we tried to call someone, they ignored us and came up only the third time, and that was when we told them in a rather rude way. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

Drinks often "fly out" gas or syrups, which makes the taste of water with sugar or mineral water colored, depending on what flies out. The cheeseburger is bad, the longer is slightly better than the cheeseburger. Twister de luxe is solid ketchup, regular (spicy) is no better. The strips are delicious and moderately spicy. Sauces are normal. The nuggets are delicious. Sanders potatoes are rustic delicious. The cappuccino is regular. Milkshake is normal. I do not recommend cheeseburger, longer, Twister.

Today we ordered spicy baskets, and there were several receipts, in one receipt we were told what kind of sauces we would have, and in the other receipt they simply knocked out the order. I went on a drive for a snack in the form of a combo of "cheesedeal" and an ai-twister, they gave it out super quickly immediately after payment, I was surprised, but then it became clear why: The Cheeseburger was completely cold, and the sauce inside it had already dried. The poor guy's Ah-twister was burnt on both sides, but it was also completely cold. But my biggest surprise was when I got to the French fries, which were just as cold as the rest of the set described above, and they also had time to dry out (I think it's clear what we're talking about when the French fries have been lying for a long time) It's a pity to see how the quality of the products of this network has slipped, I don't advise you to set foot anymore. Upd. I forgot to add that the company's employees apparently understand perfectly well what they are giving out, because I didn't see the purchase receipt either with the delivery or inside the order package itself.
