The poor guy's Ah-twister was burnt on both sides, but it was also completely cold. But my biggest surprise was when I got to the French fries, which were just as cold as the rest of the set described above, and they also had time to dry out (I think it's clear what we're talking about when the French fries have been lying for a long time) It's a pity to see how the quality of the products of this network has slipped, I don't advise you to set foot anymore. Upd. I forgot to add that the company's employees apparently understand perfectly well what they are giving out, because I didn't see the purchase receipt either with the delivery or inside the order package itself.

Then they noticed that the cold burgers were being changed, and as a result, they were barely warmed up. Heated +-10 min. While the burgers are warm, the potatoes are cold. Also, for some reason, most of the menu was missing. As we were told, "there are only 3 burgers", the price of each of which was above 10 rubles.
