All the food turned out to be clearly less grams than stated, for example, in a burger, instead of a full chicken fillet for the entire area of the bun, there was a piece of 25-30 grams, there was no sauce. The bun was stale, and the chicken itself was bland, more like a fish. We ordered through a self-service kiosk, coupons just don't work.

We took a coupon for 26 rubles with 2 drinks, 2 burgers, 2 potatoes and 2 sauces. 2 stars for the fact that the burgers, which usually cost 8.50, contain so few ingredients that they simply do not feel. They threw in some scraps and supposedly here's a salad and the rest, but there's just a couple of lines from this salad, the cheese is almost the same. The bun is softened, the potatoes are not crispy. In addition, it was ordered on the spot, given in a takeaway package. And it's not the first time I've seen this in the KFS, in principle, and it seems like they make "dishes" more modest than to eat in the hall.

The worst KFC in Minsk for the quality of food and service. 05/31 I bought a takeaway burger and strips, the burger was normal, but strips are something, the photo is attached. I really regret that I threw it in the trash instead of taking it to the center for hygiene and epidemiology, because they will continue to do this to their guests. Separately, I would like to note the work of the administrator on a repeat visit on 02.06, most likely a person with no experience, but it would do her good to work on her facial expression and work out apologies, as well as conflict resolution. Until we start respecting ourselves and turn a blind eye to cold, overcooked, or re-cooked food, we will continue to be treated this way.
