I've been wanting to leave a negative review on this place for a long time, and today another trip there caused a lot of negative emotions and finally prompted me to write. The service is terrible, the hall is dirty all the time: dirty tables, food is lying under the tables. Today's order was for a box of 12 wings, where they put 12 absolutely for the selection of the smallest parts, because in other restaurants of this chain, at least 30% are larger in size. It has also been noticed for a long time that alcohol is being sold to teenagers, but this is already an article! It's time for the services authorized to do this to deal with this outrage long ago, and to restore order.

I visited your KFC recently and was very disappointed. The potatoes were overcooked and bitter, as if they had been deep-fried for too long. The wings were also not pleased — there is almost no breadcrumbs, and in some places there was none at all. But it is the breading that makes the wings crispy and juicy, keeps the juice inside and gives an appetizing taste. Without it, the meat turns out to be dry and tasteless. Everything used to be much better, but now the quality has clearly dropped. Please pay attention to the preparation.

I ordered a couple of times, for a total of 4. The last time I made an online order, I came to pick it up, they tell me that it was accidentally given to someone. I ask what we're going to do, they say they don't know, and tech support will answer now. I would have left right away, but the order was paid in advance. After 25 minutes, I was informed that they would make a new one after all. After 40 minutes on the spot, I received the order. It would be cool to add something as an apology, but okay. I very rarely write reviews, let alone negative ones, but today's (12/30) visit to this "restaurant" of the chain inspired me to do so. I'll start with the situation in the institution itself. Apart from the fact that there is dirt everywhere and the tables have not been cleaned, a very bad-smelling man with no fixed place of residence was sitting at one of them, which clearly does not contribute to the appetite of visitors. I am silent about the condition of the toilet. The waiting time for an order is more of a complaint to the management of this particular institution, since during peak hours there are a maximum of 3 people on the shift, who are clearly unable to cope with large influx of visitors. Two twisters and a coffee were received 15 minutes after the order. The twisters may be cold, but there are no complaints about the components, but there were no napkins in the package with them. As for the coffee, the cup was without a lid for hot drinks) you can see it in the photo. Problems such as the lack of napkins and the wrong lid can be fixed by contacting the employee behind the counter. But he was all alone there, and because of this, he could not cope with a large number of visitors, as a result of which he could not react to my request. And I didn't want to wait for him to be released after all that had been described earlier. Well, the coffee itself (latte) was more like instant Nescafe in both consistency and taste. The only thing I really regret is that I decided to come here instead of Mac) I would like the management not to skimp on employees and put more of them on shifts, as this is precisely why the quality of service suffers. That's all I wanted to say.

I come here periodically because I love wings and I hate to go to a more distant restaurant. Every time there is a roulette game: the order is given for 25 + minutes, which is a lot for such an institution, then the sauces will not be put or the wing will be changed to a small strip. They clearly don't have enough workers, and those that do are clearly in no hurry. It is clear that the company has no respect for either customers or employees. Today they put 8 wings instead of 12. I won't come here again.

On July 30, the restaurant ordered burgers and 2 ice creams. There are no questions about burgers, but the ice cream looked terrible. We put them in coffee cups, instead of a clear cup like on the menu (and even without a lid). It looks very small. We weighed it at home and it really turned out to be less than 110g for 4.5 rubles instead of 140g (as indicated in the menu). Order 9734 at 20:41. Take action. If this does not stop, I will complain to the higher authorities. This is not normal.

The food is like in a regular KFS .BUT it's pretty dirty there , I remember coming in and the table wasn 't cleaned , I accidentally dropped the charger , bent down to pick it up and saw a mountain of dust and dirt under the tables , there's not much staff and you're waiting for an order depending on the complexity of its preparation .I would really like something to change!! There are few advantages, but they are also there, for example, the unresponsive staff or the cleanliness of the bathroom and a little more something pleasant.
