It's only 6 p.m., but there are no ingredients and ordering some items is not available. But we find out this after the fact, when we went to the kiosk, and unsuccessfully tried to figure out why it didn't work, and then only pulled the information from the employees... I have not seen such a failed service in the KFS yet

We visited in August 2023. There was an interesting case! We bought a large potato for the child, and the portion served by the wife caused doubts and she was asked to weigh it, as it turned out, less than 2 times!!! These are the miracles, it can be seen that the staff eats these potatoes themselves, and then weighs down the visitors. But the children are sacred for this reason and did not turn a blind eye to it 👀

By the time you wait for the order, you don't want to do anything, just get out of this place as soon as possible. They also managed not to report 4 potatoes to the package, they only noticed at home. It's just terrible, the worst KFC I've ever been to.

But it would be better if we didn't do that....
The chicken legs were just DISGUSTING!!!!!There was more salt in the breading than the breading itself!!And even my husband, who usually treats salt calmly, couldn't eat it either…Well, you have to try what you cook yourself!!!!!!!It's a pity you can't punish a would-be chef with a ruble…People pay money and want to get quality for it.So next time you should think about whether you need to spend time and money on such a service.

The food is good. But the quality of service is a nightmare.
Recently I decided to come in, and I was very disappointed.
The simplest possible order (a longer, a chickenburger and 2 potatoes) waited 15 minutes. The potatoes were poured as soon as the order was placed, and all this time they stood cooling down. 1 employee accepts the order, calculates and issues orders. And all without gloves and hand treatment))
The workers seem to be in no hurry at all.
I noticed that it was normal practice not to change gloves there, because the employee first washed the floor, and then, without changing gloves and without treating his hands, went to fry the products.
There was no manager around, only some girl came out for a couple of minutes with a very dissatisfied look, twisted a couple of bags and left.
I am extremely disappointed not only by the long wait, but also by the lack of attention to the elementary norms of hygiene:(

What I ordered on the website and what was not brought at all quickly did not match, French fries in appearance and taste are even worse than in the neighboring Macbay.
