These are the miracles, it can be seen that the staff eats these potatoes themselves, and then weighs down the visitors. But the children are sacred for this reason and did not turn a blind eye to it 👀

By the time you wait for the order, you don't want to do anything, just get out of this place as soon as possible. They also managed not to report 4 potatoes to the package, they only noticed at home. It's just terrible, the worst KFC I've ever been to.

Recently I decided to come in, and I was very disappointed.
The simplest possible order (a longer, a chickenburger and 2 potatoes) waited 15 minutes. The potatoes were poured as soon as the order was placed, and all this time they stood cooling down. 1 employee accepts the order, calculates and issues orders. And all without gloves and hand treatment))
The workers seem to be in no hurry at all.
I noticed that it was normal practice not to change gloves there, because the employee first washed the floor, and then, without changing gloves and without treating his hands, went to fry the products.
There was no manager around, only some girl came out for a couple of minutes with a very dissatisfied look, twisted a couple of bags and left.
I am extremely disappointed not only by the long wait, but also by the lack of attention to the elementary norms of hygiene:(

Kfs is cool! We hang out with friends all the time! Very cozy and stylish! The food is delicious and cheap. I especially recommend a cheeseburger for 3.90rubles.! На кухне бургеры делает одна девушка, на раздаче никого нет. 10 минут ждала один молочный коктейль! Просто потому, что никого не было на раздаче. Подошла к кассиру, спросила долго ли готовится коктейль. И только тогда он вызвал раздатчицу. Она собирала заказы как попало. Клиенты передо мной тоже были недовольны долгим ожиданием, но терпеливо по-белорусски ожидали. В итоге их бургеры успели остыть. Сочувствую им.

I ordered an original twister de luxe. It is not clear what was given, how reheated, wrapped in incomprehensible paper in which burgers with the words spicy are wrapped. За одно время пребывания может быть банальных несколько ошибок, и вот два примера вчерашнего посещения:
1) первый заказ включал в себя семейное комбо и одну 0,5 колы. В итоге получили два (кому в плюс, кому в минус), даже не перепроверили.
2) вторым заказом были два пирожка с малина-сыр. Специально пришла на кассу, заказываю, кассир сразу даёт команду коллегам, чтоб раньше начали готовить. Прихожу за заказом, всё горячее, перепроверили заказ. Всё верно. Придя домой открываем пирожки - с вишней.
Перепроверяйте даже пирожки прямо у них на глазах))))

Еда вкусная, но свежей бывает очень редко, время ожидания 4/10, чистота 5/10, напитки 7/10, бургеры 9/10 но когда свежие, поэтому 6/10 если по факту. Расположение: близко к метро и остановкам общественного транспорта.

Были 14.07 23 в 16:39 (по чеку) : картошка как вяленая, несоленая, нехрустящая, наггетсы и байтсы сухие. В туалете нет туалетной бумаги. В районе туалета похоже было разлито пиво - амбре невероятное, никто не убирает. Отвратительно. Здесь и раньше бывали, но такого, как в этот раз, не было. Впечатление осталось неприятное

Все было очень вкусно, выше всяких похвалов. Персонал доброжелательный и приветливый. Атмосфера заведения лучше, чем где либо я был. Буду теперь заходить каждый день.
