The most poorly organized branch of KFC. Not only in Armenia, but, I think, all over the world. Nowhere else have I seen people working so slowly and indifferently. Both on-site and delivery orders can take incredibly long to complete. And if you add an obvious lie to this (the restaurant shows that the order is sometimes ready 40-50 minutes before it is actually ready) then it becomes obvious that he fully deserves the title of "the worst".

I've never seen such a bad job with an order queue anywhere. There are a lot of employees inside, zero control. Even simple orders for one person take at least 15 minutes. The screen never shows the current status, there is no point in tracking your order number at all. If you don't stand over your soul right in front of your employees, it can last forever. My anti-issue record was 38 minutes.

Besides, they didn't refund the balance after the payment. Please pay attention to this issue and make sure that similar situations do not happen again.

Today I was at KFC in Megamall. I made an order through a vending machine. When my order number appeared on the screen as "ready", I went to the pick-up point and saw that the order was not ready. The burgers were ready, but the potatoes and drinks were not.People with such de-issuance orders line up in a live queue to be "picked up" from the order. potatoes are added to the order first to the one who is closer and not by the order number. It's a complete mess. It seems to me that the orders were transferred to the "ready" state in order to meet the internal time indicators, while the orders were not ready. In general, I am dissatisfied with the service and speed. And without the service, KFC is just fried chicken)
