Magnificent hospitality of tranquility and harmony . I was thrilled with the pricing. Lavish tables filled to the brim with food. I had to treat literally all my guests . The management fulfilled all its obligations in full, as well as there were many unusual and truly worthy bonuses. At the request of the host, a buffet table was made for the anniversary, and as a sign of celebration, the birthday boy was served ribs stewed in sauce for a variety of incredibly tasty and memorable dishes, as well as homemade liqueur. No one bothered the guests , they walked in the distance . After finishing up in the rooms, we played the guitar as long as we wanted to live, and we could interfere with anyone, but we were allowed to have plenty of rest. The second day was quite unusual . A walk through the autumn forest, a photo shoot near the lake. We also visited the sauna complex. The broom was like an attachment to this treatment. I also got two live fish as a gift. We had a rest after the New Year, at the wedding. Beautiful nature!) lots of sleeping places. There are bathrooms on the first and second floors. The hosts are gorgeous! Delicious food prepared by the owners of the estate. There is a sauna... The lake is not far away, you can fish!) Of the cons (but we are not upset) lack of internet connection... And cold water... But there is a boiler to wash. Unfortunately, the dishes were washed with cold water. I really liked everything!)))) Thank you to the hosts for a good rest!

Nature is beautiful. It's very cold in winter, and when you turn on the gun, you can't breathe. Toilets are practically without light, the ceiling lights have not been washed for 10 years (there will be a couple of kg of flies inside).Cobwebs are everywhere, there are such cracks in the floor that you can leave your heels on). The floor is purged, there is no filling. The food is delicious, especially the barbecue. The knuckle was cold on the table, no one was eating.

Nice, quiet place. There are locations of rare Soviet-era equipment. There is a parking lot. 100 people in the banquet hall, free. The service is not intrusive, everything is on time and hot, drinks and dishes. Serving on the level, fruits and dessert are on fire. There is a toilet (seen only on the street) equipped... There are forest trails for walking. We will recommend it. Yes, the Internet is weak, you need to search. But on vacation, the Internet is not the main thing)))

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage! We came with a large group of children, and this place met all our expectations. The huge territory provided enough space for games and recreation, and a large number of beds allowed everyone to comfortably accommodate. I was especially pleased with the lake nearby – the children are delighted with boating! The owner of the cottage turned out to be very polite and kind, which added a cozy atmosphere to our stay. The house's infrastructure is top-notch: several bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and stove, as well as a fireplace for cozy evenings. There is also a sauna. The terrace on the second floor is the perfect place for morning coffee with stunning views. Everyone really liked it, we'll definitely come back again! 🌿🏡✨

For example: the stove in the house went out of order at least in 2022, and the owner talks as if it were yesterday. Smells: everywhere smells damp, the kitchen smells generally disgusting. Cleanliness: the only clean thing in the house seems to be the bed linen. Otherwise, it's a horror. Everything is dusty, there is dirt and blood on the toilet walls, there are traces of paste all around the toilet. You can only walk around the house in shoes, there is dust and dirt everywhere. The owner: imagine, you are sitting, you rented a house, and then, without knocking, the owner just silently enters and starts doing something. You can come here and you won't have to imagine. In short, don't go!!! Give the owner a chance to understand that after 30 years of active delivery, something needs to be repaired. Oh yes, the internet doesn't work at all)

But the estate is quite spacious, and the price tag is democratic. The furniture is on the level of the old dining room. Only windows, dishes and radiators are normal. The owner is not pleasant, then the problem is for him to heat more water, then something else, constantly reminds him to save / not smoke, etc., almost at the level of paranoia.
