We visited the Khinkalnya in the Green shopping center on Kamennaya Gorka with our family and were satisfied.The children took the " Georgian hamburgers " and liked them .My husband and I have a barbecue.The kebab is juicy and delicious.The music is appropriate, the staff is polite, quickly served.AwesomeThank you all.

We made an order for takeaway on May 21 at 16:39. They said the order would be ready in 40 minutes. We arrived for the order with a reserve, at 17:30. It turned out that our order had not even been put to work yet, someone had not recorded something, or there was a glitch in the program. When asked why they did not call back and did not clarify again if there was a failure, because the phone number remained, they did not receive an answer. They offered to start waiting anew, to stand again at the end of the queue for cooking. Children and parents were waiting in the car, everyone was waiting for a big order, of course they did not wait another 30-40 minutes. The staff doesn't care about the customers at all. Why organize a takeaway job if you can't organize the process of controlling the acceptance and issuance of orders? We are regular customers, and previously there was a similar situation, but it was successfully smoothed out thanks to the efforts of the administrator (we found a place in the waiting room, part of the order was brought very quickly and we ate it in the hall, offered a small gift from the institution). There was no negativity left then. It's a ruined evening for the whole family right now. An extremely negative impression about the organization of work and the attitude towards customers. 6 people were very upset that they made an order at this restaurant.

We were at the Khinkalnaya today. A C-grade solely for the taste of the dishes, they even pull a five, but since you need to evaluate the whole institution.. That's right. The service is terrible!!!! No one warns about the waiting time. Khinkali had to wait 50 minutes. I can't say that there would be a lot of people there... The apple strudel deserves a separate story... We ordered it with coffee. Coffee was brought immediately, strudel in 30 minutes. We thought, well, OK.. it may be baking, but it turned out to be cold, the feeling that the staff was waiting for it to defrost from the freezer on its own. Ice cream was usually served with strudel, today they brought something liquid in a bowl. Disgusting staff, disgusting receptionist is a boor who deceives guests. We arrived at 22:17, asked for a menu with dishes, to which we were told that the kitchen was closed. They swore at us, dragged out the time, at 22:21 they called the administrator, who said that the kitchen was closed from 22:20 and all the chefs had already LEFT (in one minute, yes), that they would not cook khinkali, which had a recoil time of 10 minutes, and after that the waiters passed by with dishes for other guests. When we asked what was being brought to the guests, we were told that these were "DISHES WITH THEMSELVES, LAID OUT FROM CONTAINERS." Served. After the chefs left. Different guests, yes. For lying, for rudeness, for an hour of travel time to the institution and back – I would like to put less than zero stars. It's a pity, you can't.
