The service is disgusting. The staff is slow, unmotivated, and impolite. Ojahuri is tasteless, sweet frozen potatoes and at most 5 pieces of meat. Khinkali waited for an hour, and the waiter replied to a fair outrage about this that there were supposedly a lot of customers, although the hall was at most half full. Most of all, I was outraged by the fact that people who came after us and ordered a similar dish (5-7 khinkali) brought the order earlier than us. The waiter offered a drink as an apology for the delay, but did not bring it. He apologized again for the remark about this, this time about the drink, but in the end we did not see him either. They left in absolute disappointment due to the piggy attitude of the staff.

Despite the very successful first trip and the first impression, unfortunately, the second visit did not leave a very good impression.
The food is delicious, there are no questions. But even despite the small workload of the ass, the order was carried for a very long time, there were always different waiters who somehow did not fully remember the order.

I often go to this place. I take khinkali all the time (classic with beef and beef with greens). Very often, these khinkali are tasteless, since the minced meat seems to be twisted 100 times and as a result, the consistency is like a spread (that is, no texture of meat) and this greatly affects the taste.
Tonight (December 7th) we had PERFECT khinkali. The meat in the hinkals looked like it was chopped, not twisted. The perfect balance of salt and spices.
Please ask this chef for the recipe and pass it on to the rest of the repeats.
Khachapuri and pies are very tasty.
Champignons are as ordinary and tasteless as possible, I do not understand why the dish is so expensive. A couple of times the champignons were served super overexposed in the oven at high temperature, they were just dried up and floated in boiling oil. It is clear that they wanted to serve them quickly, so they were hastily made at a high temperature, but it is better not to do this :)

The worst khinkalnya I've ever been to. I came with a girl, ordered soup and khachapuri, drinks for small things. So, they forgot about the soup altogether. The girl sat waiting for him for an hour and a half, not a word from them, did not apologize, the mood was spoiled. When I pointed out their mistake, they simply removed the soup from the order and calculated us. Why did we wait an hour?
In short, the service is at zero, I do not recommend it.
After reading the reviews of other visitors, I see that not only we were "served" like that.
I hope my review will become another marker to avoid this institution.

I do not recommend the Khinkal on Prytytsky 156 (Green)!! The head is the owner, clearly does not look at how the work of the staff is carried out and the organization of the submission of orders in his institution, except for the fuss of the staff, provided forgotten additions to the dishes , serving cold khinkali , forgotten cutlery, most likely the dish had to be sawn with a nail ??!! I won't come here with my family anymore, even if I'm wildly hungry!!!!

On 21.07, I took khinkali to take away around 4 p.m. Khinkali with beef and greens were just terrible, compared to what it was just a month ago: very little filling 1/3 of what it was. There was no broth at all. Khinkali with cheese is as dry and fresh as possible. I was extremely dissatisfied with the visit.
Usually, when the cost increases, the quality should not suffer, it's a shame that this happened.

Not only that, khinkali tastes different from other establishments of this type (very spicy). So the staff also works disgustingly. No matter how I go in, they have meetings, when visitors are not served in the hall, they simply do not fit to take the order. I may not look my age, but respect needs to be shown to both younger and more mature clients. Although, today I noticed that not only was there a biased attitude towards me, one pair was generally ordered for an hour with a standard load. Today I was once again convinced that I would not return to this place.

There is no service! We came to lunch with my son, the hall was almost completely free. We sat down at the table, the menu was not brought to us after 5 or 10 minutes, the waiters just stand and discuss their questions. We took the menu ourselves at the counter. We thought at least someone would come up after another 10 minutes while we were choosing, but no... Disgusting! There was a better opinion from the words of friends.

The worst Khinkalnya of all in Minsk. The dishes were waiting for more than an hour. As it turned out, they forgot!!! When it was brought, it turned out to be disgusting. Raw potatoes and 2 tiny pieces of pork in Ojahuri.
Khinkali turned out to be excessively sharp. It felt like stale meat was being slaughtered with spices.

The potatoes in ojahuri are not tasty, obviously not fresh, as well as grilled. There is little meat in the dish, but it is delicious. Khinkali for an amateur. Grilled mackerel is great, I advise everyone. The dishes were not expected for long. The waiter mistakenly punched an extra beer in the receipt, but everything was returned without a scandal.

The kebab was over-dried, the table was covered in greasy spots, the dough of the closed khachapuri was dry and tasteless, there was a disgusting amount of mint in the khinkali with pork.The morse was served warm. Of the advantages, only dolma is delicious.Sorry for the time spent. It's a good thing we didn't order anything else, otherwise we would have brought even more negativity with us.

I really love this place and Georgian cuisine!
Unfortunately, the waiting time for khinkali is usually more than 40 minutes. The question arises: is there any way to influence this?
I naively assumed that the waiting time would be shorter in the morning, but a new disappointment awaited me - there were no hinkels with cheese around 11 a.m.
There are also questions about the service: then no one comes up, then three times in 5 minutes. And this is even after I made the order.
