This is not the first time we have visited this institution. The big plus of Khinkalni is the very tasty dishes and the presence of a children's playroom (for our family with children, the most important thing) were 02/14/2024 I liked the compliment in the form of a heart (cookies) and khachapuri!!! Serving and cooking at a height, the waiter girl was friendly and served quickly, but there was not much sediment left in this institution there is a 20% discount from 12:00 to 15:00 and a 50% discount from 15:00 to 17:00 on Khinkali (1 +1 promotion). After paying the check, it was noticed that the 20% discount was taken into account, but the 50% discount was not taken into account. Having informed the waitress about this (the answer was given that, like, we can't use the second action). Before the visit, we called and clarified which promotions we can count on that day, the answer was that if the order was placed within the time frame of these two promotions, then both!

Maybe it was "lucky for us" that we ordered three dishes, two were moved to the promised time, the waiting for khinkalin was said to be 40 minutes, they brought it in ~25, and about the third dish, which was served almost an hour after the order (with an easy landing of the hall, on a weekday evening), the cashier simply stopped knocking out, the waiter said, after they came up and asked, nothing was said about the delay. There is no service system, they just forgot about us, and in the end they waited for almost an hour, sitting like fools when the next table was already hosting the third guest. It's delicious, but there's no good service.

Delicious food, prices do not bite (I would recommend to try chicken in Chmerulsky, it is very tasty). Friendly staff, the wait is not long. Pleasant unobtrusive Georgian music is playing. I definitely recommend you to visit

For example, today they didn't bring a dish from the order, but at the same time they included it in the receipt. But come on, it happens. We are all human beings. The most annoying thing is that they didn't apologize, their face was like a brick, like it was the right thing to do or it was our fault.

We visited in early December 2024 together with friends from Russia. We waited for a four-course order for more than 2 hours. 1.5 hours after the order, I approached the administrator. After that, a salad was brought to one person. After another 0.5 hours, they brought the rest. When ordering dishes, I asked the waiter to come to us later to order coffee and sweets.He never came up.They ruined our mood.I was ashamed in front of my friends from Russia .I'll never go to that diner again and I won't recommend it to anyone.

In the kitchen, khinkali is almost cold, the minced meat is tasteless (we ordered beef with herbs).Kubdari, the meat inside is coarsely chopped, tough, as if with cartilage. The order is delivered quickly. Khinkali is delicious, but served without sauce. This is a feature of the institution. Today I came back to this institution. A great place to have a good meal and spend time. There are two floors in the room, on the ground floor there is a children's area where children can play. I came here many times with friends and family. The service is excellent, the receptionist greets you at the entrance, offers free tables to choose from. We were served by the waitress Evgenia, a very nice and pleasant girl, she came up as soon as she was called, she does not forget anything (like some waiters in other establishments), what we asked for, she immediately brought. Everyone liked her service. It is a little difficult for Muslims to order dishes, since you do not know whether there is pork or not, Evgenia told us everything about the menu, warned us, than we were grateful to her. The dishes we ordered were all delicious. There is also a children's menu, my brother was also satisfied and well-fed.
