Our favorite place, there is always a dish to your liking and for different tastes. The prices are affordable and designed for different wallets. For some time now, the white house wine has turned orange and this is for the best, the taste of the wine has changed and become more saturated and tannic. The staff is cultured and courteous. If it were possible to put 0 stars, I would put 0. The food is disgusting. Khinkali is boiled dough and the meat inside is like sand. Absolutely tasteless consistency.
Next, a pork kebab is a feeling that the meat was simply baked in the oven, first it was cooked in its own juice, and then it was slightly baked. The cook said that they roast meat on skewers on an electric grill, but not a single puncture from the skewer on any piece of meat.
Grilled vegetables also leave much to be desired, sitting at the table and spitting food into a napkin is not what you expect from a restaurant with Georgian cuisine.
Only Khinkali was excluded from the account.
The receptionist didn't say a word.
I advise everyone, if possible, to avoid this institution.
I really hope that there will be no stomach upset, they almost didn't eat anything, because it's hard to call it food.

And now a little physics)
If the minced meat is fresh and of high quality, then, in fact, closed in a closed space of the dough, it has all its liquid (juice, broth) saves.
If the minced meat is frozen quickly, then by the action of low temperature, the moisture crystals in the minced meat break the meat cells and when defrosting, all moisture disappears leaving the cake.
And here is the result of this "culinary" work - meat cake (unidentifiable after this identification) + incomprehensible broth + so many spices that a burn on the tongue can be obtained until the taste receptors completely fail.
How could you spoil such easy-to-prepare things as eggplant rolls (why were they rolled in grain mustard? So hard?) And pickled vegetables that are impossible to eat for three reasons - an acute
complete lack of consistency (the shape is there - you take it - it splits) ...
and the abundance of vinegar is also not clear ...
If you can put a minus rating - "punching the bottom" will be adequate. And a sanitary station for them as a bonus.
Dinner was not a success because I had to cook and the amount for the order was in the negative.

But at the very least, the waiter ruined everything, the dishes were not cleaned, it was impossible to get through, in general, the quality of service this time was very poor, and for the first time in many years, they simply did not leave a "tip" in principle. That's why I gave it 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 5. Dear administration, pay attention to the staff who can make a diner out of a good establishment.

Probably no one here has eaten normal khinkali.. they took all the different ones in a couple of pieces. All tasteless non-salty peppers have no pungency. It feels like everything is made of the same meat. The meat melts in your mouth like pate.. there is almost no juice. Khachapuri in Adjarian is also not a salty dough tasteless. Cheese is only in the middle and in other places only bread.. Disappointed. Children's khinkali with chicken from the children's menu are dry and tasteless. Delicious cocoa is divine. But this is a khinkalnaya. I do not recommend this place. They left a lot of money and 2/10 in terms of taste
The conclusion is all without salt and pepper and without herbs and onions. Everything is tasteless. I do not recommend it!
