They asked to add boiling water to the kettle, they couldn't even handle it, they poured slightly warm water. They didn't consult on the menu, which is why they had to pay for the bread separately and get a double portion, since it turns out that it went to the soup for free. It's not a pity to pay for good food and service, but Khinkalnya is clearly not this case.
