There is no broth in khinkali, khinkali with cheese and mushrooms does not feel like they contain cheese at all, eggplant in salad is small and as if boiled, grilled vegetables are a separate "art", firstly, they are not grilled, but baked, + absolutely not tasty, secondly, tomatoes are generally thrown on top. slightly warmed up, obviously not after grilling or even the oven, I am attaching a photo of this miracle. They asked to add boiling water to the kettle, they couldn't even handle it, they poured slightly warm water. They didn't consult on the menu, which is why they had to pay for the bread separately and get a double portion, since it turns out that it went to the soup for free. It's not a pity to pay for good food and service, but Khinkalnya is clearly not this case.

The menu is varied, khinkali is beyond praise, I took several types with different fillings, juicy, thin dough, fragrant filling, Katmis salad with a delicious fragrant dressing, and Mountain pie, I tried it for the first time, it's now in my piggy bank.
