When cashiers not only do not reflect their professionalism, but also freely discuss customers, instead of helping or answering their question, this indicates the lack of culture and irresponsibility of the staff. Even an elementary action, such as giving out a completely small thing, is not within their competence. Poorly organized rearrangement of goods is confusing, and the lack of basic products only increases the feeling of disappointment from buying in this store.
