Namely: there was a question of scanning the product, and the employee of the self-service checkout, in a raised tone, said that I was to blame for this, and she did not intend to solve the problem that had arisen, ignoring my situation, communicating with other customers, thus I had to solve the problems with scanning myself.

There's always some kind of problem with the cashier at the self-service checkout. Rude, raises his voice at visitors. We were the ones who came up to the checkout counter 10 minutes before closing, and they were no longer working, we didn't have time to look back to realize that all the desks had already been turned off, as they YELLED at us in an unacceptable tone, "where are you going, don't you see that it's not working anymore? We won't be sitting here until late and waiting for you to walk around the store," although we didn't receive any complaints from our side and we just unknowingly approached the self-service counters. The price tags are always wrong, and when you point this out to employees, a dispute and a scandal begin! And judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one who's faced this!
