I will never go to this hotel again. From the good - cleaning every day and well clean - close to the metro - easy to reach From the bad: - the room is shabby, it feels like it's not 4 stars, but 2 - I've attached a lot of photos from the toilet to the photo, which is quite uncomfortable. Besides the fact that everything is already worn and broken, there are ants every morning. - there is no brush or paste in the room, as well as a spoon for shoes - the lockers are very small, about 10-15 cm deep at the entrance and at the 30x30 window - The refrigerator lives its own life and makes strange noises all night, as if someone is knocking on it. - at night, someone yells for hours on the street, which is probably why the police are often here. - they don't understand anything in Russian, they have to do it in English or through a translator - water in the room is free for 1 day, then 60 liras 0.5 bottle, while on the street next to 1.5 liters of the same brand 25 liras - Conday, after turning on for 5 minutes, we try to get together to start working properly - breakfast is so-so, mostly on sandwiches and salad. Once there was mashed potatoes like custard. - omelet is paid, juice too. They didn't see us right away, they took a glass of juice, after we were informed that we would pay for the eviction - we were from April 27th to 30th, it was cold in the rooms, we had to ask for a blanket - beggars often ask for money near the hotel I gave two stars for 2 plus points that I found, I didn't have enough for more.

The three of us stayed in room 229 from May 15 to May 22, 2026. We're not pretentious, so: Positive: Convenient location close to the historical center. There is a metro station and a bus and tram stop nearby. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby There's a lot of food in the hotel, you can't go hungry, but it's monotonous Cleaning and towels are changed every day, but bed linen is not changed every day. The bathroom was filled with a collection of gels and shampoos (mini-bubbles). Sometimes they brought coffee and tea bags, but not every day. There is a small refrigerator in the room. Cons: The interior of the hotel has been asking for repairs for a long time, and artificial flowers should be dusted off. The reception staff does not speak Russian, English is bad. They speak Turkish words into a telephone translator, and then they let them read in Russian. There is ALWAYS a noisy street life under the windows of the room, the sellers are shouting across the street, then a drunk Turk sings and cries under the windows for about an hour at 3 a.m. (then he was taken away), then cars are just revving and beeping. The elevator in the hotel is small for 4 people, it goes to all calls, i.e. although it is necessary to pass one floor, but the elevator can pass by the desired floor to make a call to another floor. There is also an elevator and a staircase, but it is located at the other end of the hotel, and it takes a long time to walk through the corridors. The pool is only open from June to September, so we were not lucky enough to visit There is a kettle and cups in the room, but the water was poured directly from the tap, because there are no coolers on the floor or in the hotel at all. They only gave me three 0.5 bottles for free on the first day. Further, 60 lire (about 120 RUB) is charged for 1 bottle, although there are only 15 lire (30 RUB) in the store under the hotel. There is no battery in the room, neither in the shower nor in the room, i.e. there is nowhere to dry things. It was the first time I saw wallpaper in the bathroom, and not the tile completely, so the wallpaper is bubbling and moving away from the walls. Small midges fly. The room has three beds, but only 2 bedside tables without drawers. There are only 2 sockets for 3 beds. In one closet, 30 cm deep, only 3 of our windbreakers and a safe fit into the upper part. There are three shelves for things in the lower part with the same "mini depth". The TV lived a separate life. EVERY DAY, 🤦♀️ turned on itself at 5.30 am. They asked me to turn off this timer, but the hotel staff couldn't. There is no way to simply pull it out of the socket, since the TV itself is placed in a wooden box, and there is not a single button on it. Total: every morning we woke up lying, while there was always the 1st Turkish channel and with the sound as the TV itself wanted. Bedside sconces and mirror lighting are also interesting... One wall lamp wouldn't turn on without the second one on, and it turned off when you turned off the first one, even though there were two switches. For some reason, the mirror's backlight only turned on on one mirror if you flicked the switch 6-7 times. The mirrors are very low, and with a height of 170 cm, I could only see my body from my navel to my knees. 🤷‍♀️ The balcony is 20cm deep. The door is supported by a bed, the door can only be opened by 20cm. If the cons are not so important to anyone and the main thing is just relaxing and walking around Istanbul, then the hotel is completely satisfactory.

Great hotel! Large and spacious room. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. Omelet, yogurt, greens, cheeses, sausage, fruits, coffee, tea. Within walking distance of attractions, metro. The street is quiet and peaceful.
