I bought 2 air conditioners. At the stage of ordering and purchasing, a pleasant manager, everything is clear according to the agreements. The installation is generally hassle-free. But that's where all the advantages end. A year has passed after installation, so that the 7-year warranty works , the mandatory annual scheduled maintenance (I agree, it is necessary), a total of 200 rubles for 2 devices , here too quickly. But, it seems that when you earn money, the service and sale are carried out quickly , but when questions about the warranty begin, you automatically find yourself on some kind of blacklist. A defective control board of one of the air conditioners was detected, and the board was removed. They assured me that it would be for a week. Result :
For 34 days, often in 30+ degree heat, I was left without one of the devices. After several attempts to get in touch, and the deadlines were repeatedly postponed, the master arrived, replaced the board, this did not solve the problem. The air conditioner, namely the board, emits a high-frequency whistle. When I was there, he called the manager, sent a video , the manager assured that the device, namely the indoor unit, would be replaced, they would contact within a week. 2 more weeks have passed, it is impossible to get through by phone to the customer service, there is zero feedback. Judging by the website, devices of this model are actively sold and are available. I am disappointed with the service and the so-called warranty. Apparently, the issue will have to be resolved in the legal field.
